Hello Mindful Soul,
This guided walking meditation involves slow, mindful steps with focused attention on your breath and bodily sensations. Its aim is to cultivate a sense of awareness, presence, and connection between yourself and your surrounding environment. It’s best practiced somewhere you’re familiar with, where you can walk safely with a soft gaze and few distractions. Like a quiet place in nature, such as a park or even a quiet street.
So pop your headphones on, hit play and enjoy this slow, mindful time in nature.
As always, if you have the time, take a few minutes to write in your journal about whatever may have come up today. It’s a wonderful way to explore your thoughts and feelings and cultivate self-awareness.
